Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return process:
- Contact us at info@countrylivingco.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide a return authorisation and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Refunds
- Processing time: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original payment method: Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos and a description of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
